Leveraging the brand point of difference, the ‘gig’ economy movement  and the Millennial mindset into online sales for Brook Furniture Rental.

Research showed that consumers perceived Brook Furniture Rental as a respected brand, but their real point of difference was the compassionate service team that made transitions much easier—for consumer and corporations. Research also showed the Brook website was perceived as cold, cumbersome and outdated—especially to the Millennial target looking for modern furnishings—quickly and easily.  We saw an opportunity to reposition the brand and bring more humanity to its online presence. We re-introduced Brook Furniture Rental with a new look, feel and voice: the brand with a personal touch, who could make searching for furniture easy. The new website’s easy navigation and friendly tone showed real, relatable consumers. The work increased traffic and boosted sales within months.
